Amy Pollack is a director in the Financial Crimes Compliance practice at K2 Integrity. With more than 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Amy works with financial institution clients to implement processes and procedures that ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and anti-money laundering/combating the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) compliance frameworks, including compliance with Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions. Amy works with and manages clients both nationally and internationally and has worked with some of the world’s largest financial institutions, handling engagements ranging from risk assessments and independent monitorships to third-party financial intelligence units (FIUs) and prepaid card services. She has experience with customer due diligence, transaction monitoring (and related systems including Actimize, Fiserv FCRM, Patriot Officer, SAS, and Verafin), and suspicious activity report (SAR) writing. Amy also has significant experience with correspondent banking lookback projects, including historical transaction reviews, account reviews and investigations, and SAR reviews and filings.
Prior to joining K2 Integrity, Amy was a risk consultant in the regulatory compliance division at Crowe Horwath LLP, where she primarily focused on AML-related engagements.
Amy has an M.S. in financial fraud from Carlow University and a B.A. in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
