Wike Kaiser is a senior director at K2 Integrity and the DOLFIN Academy, with more than 15 years of experience in anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions, anti-bribery, fraud, and financial dispute investigations.
Wike has in-depth experience working in-house on the compliance and risk management teams of major financial institutions. His expertise includes conducting and reporting on Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC)/sanctions, anti-bribery, and AML risk assessments; assessing and reporting on risk appetite adherence; and assisting clients in responding to federal regulatory requests. Having frequently presented to federal regulators during regulatory exams, Wike is experienced in navigating the complex and often conflicting financial crimes compliance landscape between different federal and state agencies.
Prior to joining K2 Integrity, Wike worked for a multinational financial services firm as a senior operational risk manager, where he was responsible for the development of the operational risk oversight function for the chief operating office. He also worked for an international investment bank as a senior compliance manager focused on sanctions and anti-bribery programs both domestically and internationally, including leading the organization’s annual enterprise-wide OFAC/sanctions risk assessment for several different business lines in nearly 100 countries.
Wike began his career in several positions with the U.S. Department of the Treasury, first as a compliance officer and then as a sanctions investigator for OFAC.
